Why pledge allegiance to the flag?

Instead, people should be pledging --better yet, SWEARING-- allegiance to The Constitution and the principles of The Father of Our Country. The former is merely a symbol. The latter are the very essence and safeguards for the preservation of "Liberty and Justice for All." (Of course, citizens are encouraged to stand in the presence of the flag when they swear said oath)

It is the contention of this writer that the GREATEST THREAT to our NATIONAL SECURITY comes not from some radical jihadists from the Middle East or Chinese communists but rather from the CHARLATANS who pose before the American Flag inside government buildings surrounded by barricades and phalanxes of armed guards in the District of Columbia --as well as state capitals nationwide-- and think that President Washington's Farewell Address --and that of President Jackson-- were places where postal letter-carriers delivered their mail -- else some useless, antiquated artifacts that should be relegated to the Ash-Dump of history! We need to keep reminding everybody that the Controlled Substances Act, DEA, and War On Drugs​ were the offspring of Richard (“I”) M (“not a crook”​)​ Nixon​ & Company. Now folks, really now, if he wasn't a crook​ then why did he need a blanket pardon from his successor, Gerald (falsify-the-Warren Commission-report-on-the-assassination-of-President Kennedy) Ford and why did nearly ALL of his inner​ circle end up going​ to prison?​

Even his very own Shafer Commission recommended marijuana policy reform but he disregarded its findings and recommendations because it was popular with blacks, hippies, anti-war activists, Jewish psychiatrists and others that the paranoid megalomaniac considered to be political enemies.

So there​ you have it, an elite cabal ​of REAL CRIMINALS who controlled​ the Executive Branch of the U.S. Gov'​t making criminals out of the “little people”​ who just want to live their lives​ in peace​ and seek respite from pain or relax​ from the drudgery of life with a NATURAL,​ eco-​friendly HERB.​

“Tricky Dick” Nixon, the only US president to have ever been forced to resign in DISGRACE or face CERTAIN impeachment/conviction yet his drug policy reigns supreme and his party​ worships his Sacred Cow to this day as if it was an edict handed down by the Führer himself, Adolf Hitler, in the Third Reich so the USA could honor his tradition of respect for human rights by morphing into THE FOURTH REICH.
